Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Packaging
All Jakes Candy products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. For larger orders or gift bundles, additional protective packaging may be used.

Lost or Damaged Items
